From the M1/M69
There are two routes you could take from M1 junction 21. The first route is the "recommended" route, but I think the second one is easier and quicker.

1. From the motorway follow the signs to Leicester city centre. A couple of miles along Narborough Road you'll go under a railway bridge. Shortly after this turn right at the traffic lights onto Upperton Road. Turn right at the next lights onto Eastern Boulevard.
Or:
2. Take the A563 ring road, sign posted Oadby. After around 1 mile you'll come to some traffic lights. Turn left, (sign post city centre). Continue straight on until you come to a set of traffic lights with an Arriva Vauxhall dealer on the right. Turn left here onto Raw Dykes Road and the stadium is straight ahead.

Parking:
Mostly street parking or NCP car parks. There's an NCP close to the rugby ground on Welford Road, and several close to the city centre. If you arrive late you may need to park 15-20 minutes walk from the ground.

By Train:    Click here for train times and tickets from Qjump
Leicester Station is on the Midland mainline and has a good service to London with four trains an hour during the day (journey time around 70 minutes). Regular direct trains are available from most cities in the Midlands and South Yorkshire.
If you're traveling from the South for a midweek match, check the time of the last train to London - it's usually around 10pm and you may struggle to catch it.

Directions from the station
The stadium is around 20 minutes walk from the station. There are no direct buses so it's quickest to walk or get a taxi.
When you leave the station, cross the road and head down Waterloo Way, which is opposite the station entrance. At the end of the road you'll see the Leicester Tigers rugby ground. Cross the road and walk through the Rugby ground car park, and turn left along Aylestone Road. Turn right onto Raw Dykes Road and the Walkers Stadium is straight ahead.
